239F has recently been refurbished to the highest of standards, and is the perfect waterfront Caribbean retreat.

This is a water front villa with a finger pier to moor a boat. It has a land line for making local calls and receiving international calls. 239F is situated on the South Finger of Jolly Harbour, just a short walk from all the amenities Jolly Harbour has to offer. Jolly Harbour is the largest man-made marina in the Caribbean and is situated on the south west coast of Antigua. There are various bars and restaurants and even a casino with regular entertainment. Jolly Harbour has an 18 hole golf course, Olympic size swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, as well as one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Jolly Harbour also boasts a fully stocked large supermarket with everything you could possibly need. 
  
This villa has air conditioning throughout, linen provided, weekly cleaning service, and is within a gated community with 24 hour security. The kitchen has a Fridge, 4 ring stove, grill, microwave, freezer, oven, coffee machine and toaster. The living area has seating for five people in the living room and a dining table for four. For entertainment there is TV with cable and a DVD player.

There are two ensuite bathrooms and one downstairs washroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, two bedside tables, chest of draws and a dressing table with mirror. It has patio doors leading to balcony, with table and chairs, looking out over the marina. Bedroom 2 has two single beds with two pull out beds stored underneath, two bedside tables and a chest of draws. 

Both bedrooms are beautifully finished and have built in wardrobes with ample space.   

Outside on the water front pation there are sun beds, table and chairs with parasol, shower and BBQ. 
The nearest swimming pool is situated at BBR – 5 minutes walk.   In this villa pets are not allowed, non smokers and children are welcome.
