Situated on the Golf Course of Jolly Harbour, Colibri Court No. 5, is within a four star apartment complex. In all there are six, 4 bedroom, apartments each with spacious private terraces. The apartments each cover just over 2000sqft of living space.
As you enter the apartment you are in the dining area with a six seater dining table, on the left is a modern kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances, including dish washer, fridge freeze, hob/oven, microwave , washing machine and dryer.
The living room is comfortable, spacious and bright with a separate room leading to the outside patio which is, at the moment, laid out as an office, if required an extra bed could be added, this is ideal when family are visiting or could be a childrens play room. There is a corridor off to the right of the living room where two more bedrooms are to be found, both have large patio windows with pleasant views. One room has a queen bed and the other has 2 single beds each with lovely Caribbean linens. There is a large bathroom shared by these two bedrooms.
On the left hand side of the living area is the Master Bedroom. A beautifully decorated, bedroom, with colonial style finishes and a king bed. The master bathroom is en-suite and has a rain shower.
Within the complex each apartment has different furnishings which are all beautifully done and finished to a high standard. They each have parking for two cars, cable TV and internet.
The communal swimming pool is large and there is a childrens pool, plus sun beds. There are also communal toilets by the swimming pool. This pool is for use of the Colibri Court units only, so it is very private.
This is a beautiful, spacious apartment for your family holiday or a group of friends.
