The lower floor is open plan with fully equipped modern kitchen, dining area and lounge. The dining area can seat 4 people, and the lounge suite can accommodate 5 people comfortably and its large spacious L shape sofa. The lounge has TV with Cable and DVD player. This villa also has wireless internet already installed.

The outside patio boasts an awning with outdoor furniture perfect for lazy outdoor entertaining. Finished with plants and excellent views of the marina and beyon., This really is the perfect Holiday retreat!
