Palm Point is a brand new exquisite and luxurious beachfront villa with spacious open plan living areas. The entrance porch leads into a central hub of the villa. From here the white ceramic Italian tiles continue straight onto the white sandy beach to the North West and the pool area to the South West. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are both built into the stone paving. These areas benefit from sizeable covered terraces giving opportunity to either dine by the pool and watch the boats come in or entertain on the beach.

This spacious 10,000sqft villa has vaulted ceilings throughout and two large open plan lounge areas overlooking the pool and the beach. A separate living room provides cable and internet needs, whilst the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is adequately equipped to cater for generous parties and events. With a total of six luxury en-suite bedrooms which benefitting from the spacious design, each with their own walk in wardrobe and all of the bathrooms have walk in showers and imported fixtures and fittings from Italy. The gardens of the property have been specially designed to maintain these high standards set, allowing for areas of tranquillity and shade away from the villa.
