Water's Edge is a luxuriously spacious villa located at the end of a private road, right on its own secluded beach at the very end of Jolly Harbour, on the west coast of Antigua. The Caribbean Sea is right on the door step and the villa is situated at the entrance of the Marina with a private view of all passing yachts. Your own view of Five Islands, Nevis, St Kitts is on the horizon and Montserrat just around the corner!

The villa has four gracefully designed en-suite bedrooms, all with air conditioning and fans, a large open plan entertaining area and a well equipped kitchen. It is optimally designed for relaxed and enjoyable Caribbean living! There is a bbq and jacuzzi/hot tub on the deck just steps away from scattered palm trees on the beach, with an 18 hole golf course as well as tennis and squash facilities, just a buggy ride away, within the compound. 

If you don't want to leave the villa there is also broadband wifi & cable TV.

With the villa's own golf buggy a large internationally catered supermarket, bars, restaurants, bank and pharmacy are all within easy reach. As well as having its own alarm system, there is 24 hour gated security, offering safety and seclusion for your peace of mind. A maid cleaning service comes with your rental for 3 days a week and there is always the opportunity to hire your own chef and baby sitter.

Water's Edge is on the prettiest coastline of Antigua with the best white sandy beaches within easy reach; a private boat trip directly from the house will ensure you see everything you could possibly want, (from day trips to fishing) to appreciate the coastline of this wonderful island!
