It's position grants you views of a breathtaking, secluded white sandy beach and the Jolly Harbour Marina.

This spacious 3 bedroom villa sleeps a maximum of 7 and is located less than a minutes walk from the beach.

All the rooms are conveniently on one level. The master bedroom has a 42" T.V and safe for your valuables and leads to its own en-suite with a Jacuzzi bath. The property has a separate main bathroom and all the rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, small fridge for beverages, dishwasher and utility area with washing machine, clothes dryer and water cooler. The kitchen also has a high-top breakfast bar and bar stools.

The ‘open-plan’ spacious living area, which includes a 42" T.V (with cable), DVD, Stereo/CD and internet access. The living room opens up with extending patio doors that allows the cool trade winds to continually sweep through.

This area then leads directly on to the spacious wooden decking that extends over the water where you have your own private boat dock and boat lift. For an additional fee there is a boat that can be hired on a daily basis skippered with our own private captain.

On the spacious decking area you have your own BBQ area which is great for entertaining and a hot tub Jacuzzi, plus you'll find a shaded gazebo for dining under and a lower deck that you can fish off. Maid service is included twice-weekly.

This villa is within the popular Jolly Harbour resort which boasts the biggest Marina in the Caribbean, and a fine 18-hole golf course.
 
Jolly Beach is one of the finest beaches along the west coast, advertising all water sports and a Caribbean beach bar.
