This villa has a lovely, spacious, open plan living and dining area with a stylish fully equipped kitchen and washing machine.
It has two good sized bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom and there is a downstairs washroom. Bedroom one has a queen size double bed and doors leading onto a balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds. Each have built-in wardrobes and ample storage space. Bathrooms are newly refurbished.
Outside is a wonderful waterfront terrace with fabulous views across the marina. It has patio chairs and table, two sun loungers and BBQ. There is also a lovely deck area and dock.The villa has a garage as well as parking for one vehicle. It also has two stair gates (travel cot and highchair available on request).
Bicycles are also available for use with this villa.
For entertainment there is Cable TV available and a DVD player, and it has an I-pod docking station along with a wi-fi internet connection.
Of course being within Jolly Harbour there are many amenities to take advantage of. It has bars and restaurants, tennis courts, squash courts, swimming pool, golf course, supermarket and so much more. Jolly Harbour, apart from being the largest man-made marina in the Caribbean, is also a gated community with 24 hour security.
Pets are not allowed, children are welcome although as it is a waterfront villa, this must be at your own discretion.
