The beach itself is not less than a minute's walk away from the villa which also offers seaviews out over the beautiful blue Caribbean waters. It is an ideal place to come and relax and just enjoy.
 
The villa is open plan downstairs with a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, large fridge freezer and washing machine. The dining area leads into the lounge and then via patio doors to the extended outside area complete with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. Upstairs the main bedroom has a queen size bed and a large balcony area with wonderful sea views and the second bedroom comes with two single beds.

• The living area has seating for 5 people. The dining table seats 5 persons, with additional seating available on the    waterfront patio. Facilities also include cable TV, CD player & DVD player.
• From the living area walk through patio doors which lead to a spacious, outdoor waterfront living area with a large    extended deck area. This area comes complete with outdoor dining for 5 people & sun beds.
• The master bedroom has 1 queen bed. Patio doors lead to a large private balcony which offers stunning sea
   views.
• The second bedroom has 2 twin beds.
• Both bedrooms have a light and airy feel and are complete with ample wardrobe and storage space.
• The first floor is equipped with 1 bathroom with walk in shower and 1 separate WC.
• 1 downstairs washroom.
• Linens and bathroom towels are provided. Cleaning and linen change after the first week for stays of two
   weeks or more and then after each week for longer stays.
• The villas are equipped with AC, ceiling fans & insect screens throughout.
• The garage has been converted into the laundry room, but also gives additional storage space.
