A HOLIDAY VILLA RENTAL IN ANTIGUA

• Your fully equipped kitchen includes pots & pans, complete set of dining ware and cooking utensils, coffee
maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, integral oven, fridge freezer & washing machine, iron & ironing board
& hairdryer.
• The living area has comfortable leather seating for 6 people. The dining table seats 4 persons, with additional
seating available on the patio. Facilities also include, cable TV & DVD player.
• From the living area walk through patio doors which lead to a spacious outdoor living area on the waterway.
This area comes complete with outdoor dining for 4 people, gas BBQ grill & sun beds.
• The master bedroom has 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Patio doors lead
to a private balcony.
• The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with en suite bathroom with a walk in shower.
• Both bedrooms have a light and airy feel, complete with ample wardrobe and storage space.
• The garage has been converted into the third bedroom which accommodates 1 twin bed. This room is adjacent to
the downstairs washroom.
• Fresh linens and bathroom towels are provided.
