A LOVELY HOLIDAY RENTAL IN ANTIGUA
The Limes is located at Harbour View Estate, a new development adjacent to the Jolly Harbour Resort.
The Limes has 2 large double bedrooms, which have en-suite bathrooms and one twin bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is also one main bathroom. Also included are 2 foldaway single beds, ideal for a large family. Safety deposit box included.
A spaciously open planned living area is tastefully decorated along with a TV with cable, DVD player (multi-regional) and a stereo system with a cd player. There is also a large dining table with chairs to seat 6 persons.
You also have good sized kitchen with all mod-cons and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable vacation.
Outside has a very large sundeck area with a 10ft x 20ft swimming pool surrounded by lush ‘lime trees' and banana trees…enjoying the Caribbean views and cool trade winds….or sit back and relax with a rum punch at your own BBQ and enjoy the views of the nature reserve. Outside dining seats 8 persons, and the patio is complete with 4 sunbeds.
Other facilities include washer & dryer, microwave, fridge freezer, large stove/oven, toaster & kettle.
A wonderful property and location which is a great choice for a holiday rental. This new development is adjacent to the Jolly Harbour resort which boasts the biggest Marina in the Caribbean and a fine 18-hole golf course.
You are within a 5 minute walk to the Commercial Center where there is an abundance of shops including; a large supermarket, bank, pharmacy, a selection of bars and restaurants and the Grand Princess Casino. From here you are also only a short stroll to the Sports center which offers a 25m swimming pool, tennis, squash and basketball courts and from here just a 2 minute walk to the fabulous South beach complete with its very own Caribbean beach bar and a choice of water sports.
