Sunset villa is a large family villa quietly secluded, yet within easy walking distance from a supermarket, numerous shops, bars and restaurants and a bank.

This villa is unique in the fact that it boasts a full size swimming pool and a very cozy and secluded self contained guest cottage for friends or relatives. There are four bedrooms in the villa, one master with en-suite and 6`x 6`double bed, one twin and two double rooms sharing either a bath room or a shower room. All rooms have patio doors leading out onto the sun decking. Outside there are ample sun loungers and chairs and an undercover veranda for shade with ceiling fans.

In the main villa there are 4 large bedrooms and 3 with patio doors onto the sun deck. The master boasts en-suite and a super size 6 x 6 king size bed. The guest bed room has twin double 4`6 beds and the other two bed rooms have colonial wooden 5`queen size beds all sharing the 2 bathrooms. All 4 bed rooms have fitted wardrobes, dressers, bedside tables, lamps and ceiling fans. All doors and windows have storm shutters and alarm sensors for that extra peace of mind and comfort.

This unique villa has a spacious and extremely cozy guest cottage tucked away in the garden for any private guests, you may wish to invite. Air conditioned double bed and en-suite, kitchen, sitting area and veranda. It is fully self contained and also fitted with storm shutters and a separate alarm from the main villa. It may be interesting to know that there is an identical villa next door available to accommodate extra large parties if required.

Sunset Villa has been let long term and reasonable rates can be negotiated. For short term Sunset offers unique accommodation for large groups such as two families, golfing and cricket, fishing and diving, touring, sunbathing and wedding parties. All together in one very spacious air conditioned villa. Therefore reducing accommodation costs dramatically. There is plenty of space with a massive sun deck incorporating a full size swimming pool.
Also available is a separate laundry room with washing machine.

Shops, supermarket, restaurants, bank, and bars are located within Jolly Harbour a few minutes walk from Sunset villa, Jolly beach is only a 10 minute stroll through tropical gardens and is one of Antigua's best beaches with many water sports available, car hire is therefore not necessary, should you wish to tour the island most taxi drivers offer a full island tour or if you prefer rental cars we recommend Tropical Rentals Ltd.

Antigua is the perfect destination for sun-worshippers; water sports enthusiasts, golfers, and food-lovers. Antigua has a rich history and heritage and this is reflected in its architecture and customs. The restored Nelson's Dockyard at English Harbour is a prime example of this and sugar mills and plantation houses dot the island. Inland towards the southwest is an unspoiled rainforest interspersed with picturesque villages, an island once visited you will want to return again and again. Airport taxi transfers from/to V C Bird International Airport can be arranged separately through the management company Typically Tropical Villas. Additional maid visits can also be arranged if required. Deposit to secure booking is 50% with the balance payable 10 weeks before arrival date. We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer full details available via email. Security deposit $500USD. Check-in from 16.00 and check-out by 12.00. Complementary welcome pack on arrival including food starter pack for you convenience.

The Guest cottage is £295 per week Low season / £395 High season and / £495 Premium season.

If required, maid service is also available.The cottage will only be occupied by villa residents. It will not be let separately. There may be a complimentary 20% discount for bookings of two weeks or more depending on availability. Please inquire for details.
